Philadelphia native Nancy Micciulla's The One To Shine is a captivating collection of songs that come together in a way that most debut efforts don't. The strength of her voice magically delicately carries the listener through the emotional ups and downs and doesn't let them down. This is a great album and we look forward to many more from her.
