Kickin' Bears debut Living Roots has a comfortable, down home feel that grabs you right at the beginning. The band seems to have a soul more akin to a country jam band than their native New Jersey, but don't let that scare you. It's hospitality, they invite you to stay awhile and it's not a bad place to visit.
