Rooney approaches their third full length album with ease and confidence like the young musical veterans that they are becoming. On this record, they follow the same basic formula that has been winning over hordes of young fans for the past 11 years, taking cues from bands like The Beatles and The Flaming Lips and incorporating pleasant harmonies, catchy hooks and cheerful chord progressions. All in all 'Eureka' is a sweet group of songs (that maybe could've used a bit more sour).
