"Tomorrow Happens Here."

This is the first year Origivation's going to be a part of something as big as the South By Southwest music and film conference down in Austin, TX. Year after year they've been known as a career launching pad for bands and filmmakers all over the country. We've dedicated this issue to the festival and bands that'll be appearing, like our cover artist, We Are Scientists. More information about the festival is available at sxsw.com.

You may be wondering why yours truly is writing the editor's letter this month. Like all things in life there needs to be change in order to grow. With that being said I'd like to introduce you to our new Editor-in-Chief, Randy LoBasso. He's been writing for the magazine since fall 2008 and we hope you'll embrace him as we have.

Origivation likes to bring out some of the best talent the Delaware Valley has to offer. We've recently been teaming with some promoters to showcase live talent and currently have a monthly residency at Doylestown's music venue, Puck, where we do a weekly podcast available for download at Origivation.com. Or, you could just as easily search The O List on iTunes. It's just another way we bring you new music if you can't make it out.
