1. Be Professional: Do not submit handwritten CD-Rs in paper envelopes! Our first impression of you is very important. You may have the greatest music in the world, but if it is not presented in a professional manner we will not listen to it.

2. Don't be a Pest: There is nothing more annoying and more of a turn off than a band that will not leave us alone. If you call us repeatedly asking for reviews and write ups, you can pretty much guarantee that we will not write about you.

3. Don't Automatically Expect a Write Up: Just because we have your press kit does not mean that we are going to write about you. If you are a noteworthy artist, it will happen.
